We're Famous for Rivers

Two rivers within the city limits and a third nearby provide great fishing & boating, tubing & canoeing, and other water sports.  There are multiple boat launches, docks, bait shops, and marine stores located right in town.

» Leisure Activities

Dine in fine restaurants and supper clubs, take in a theatrical performance, or see a movie at a theater complex.  You can find many things to do such visit a nature center, historical village, or enjoy one of many parks or trails.  Recreation opportunities include a scenic 18 hole golf course and winter recreation choices include snowmobile trails.

» Accommodations

You will find various lodging options in the area.   Amenities at motels vary including fireplaces, indoor pools, hot tubs, an exercise room, and wireless internet.  How about trying a bed and breakfast, or a vacation home rental located right on the river?  For camping and RV there are multiple campgrounds with various recreation activities available.  We’d love to have you book your retreat, conference, banquet, or wedding reception in New London.

» The Downtown

With historic buildings, gift shops, a book store, and many places to dine you will find it easy to relax and enjoy your surroundings.  Exploring the downtown can be an adventure in itself.

» Location

New London is located on the border of Waupaca and Outagamie counties in central Wisconsin.  We are conveniently located near the Fox Valley region just 20 miles NW of Appleton, 39 miles W-SW of Green Bay, and 35 miles N of Oshkosh.

» A Calendar Full of Expectation

Annual events and activities include a car show, fishing weekend, powered parachute fly-in, 4th of July Celebration, concerts, and multiple nature related activities and much more.  Festivals include St. Patrick's Day Festivities with a parade and New Dublin Irish Fest in March, and a Fall Family Fest in September, and Holiday of Wonder celebration late in the year.
