With a flicker of mischief in their eyes, Leprechauns change the name of the city to 'New Dublin' to kick off a week in March brimming with family fun and Irish themed activities. The St. Patrick's Day festivities include the largest St. Patrick's Day parade in Wisconsin and an Irish Fest in a huge, heated big top tent.
