New London’s Holiday of Wonder is an annual event held the first Friday night in December.  Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m.  You can enjoy a variety of family entertainment including; Gingerbread House contest, old fashioned Black Smith demonstration, live Nativity in Taft Park, take a horse drawn wagon ride with family or friends and visit the kids “Cookie & Craft Corner.”
 
At 6 p.m. local groups, individuals and businesses will join in the street parade, which starts on S. Pearl St. and disbands in the Wolf River Plaza parking lot.  All are welcome to participate, contact the Chamber office at (920) 982-5822 for details. 
 
Visit Santa and Mrs. Claus at Santa Land in New London’s Grand Cinema Theatre Friday, from 6:30 ‘til 9 p.m.  Santa will have a special treat for each child.  Professional photos will be offered for $2 (or take your own).  The evening winds down with a $1.00 movie in the Grand Cinema Theatre on Friday at 9 p.m.
 
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be back on Saturday morning from 10 a.m. 'til 12 p.m. - noon at The Grand Cinema Theatre to greet all the children.
