On Saturday, Sept. 8^th, you are invited to the 2012 Cheese & Sausage, Fall Family Fest from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.  You’ll find a full day of family entertainment, food and fun in downtown New London! 

The festival starts off Friday night with the Wheels on Water Street car cruise on North Water Street from 5 – 9 p.m.  Saturday morning kicks off with a 5K Run / Walk on Bernegger Trail.  Visit over 100 crafters, produce and market vendors lining North Water Street.  Stop at the Chamber booth to sample and purchase Wisconsin’s finest cheese and sausage manufactured locally.  Enjoy taste-tempting foods from area non-profit groups.

Children can participate in the Kid’s Zone Games and Crafts Area all day for $1.  Enjoy a performance by Randy Peterson – Children’s Performer and giggle with Dizzy D the Clown. Be sure to stop at the FFA petting zoo, then see a variety of reptiles at the  Fox Valley Herp Club - Hands on Reptile Educational Show and be sure to take part in the the Happy Ness Clown Show.  View the fire truck displayed by the New London Fire Department.  To round out the day listen to the awesome Christian Bands on the Stage of Praise in Taft Park.  Back by popular demand are the Bicycle Rodeo and 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament (boys and girls).
